I had gone in wanting to talk with Mesiah but he didn’t deal with used vehicles so he personally walked us over to Kelly was a great guy to work with. Dishonest and uninterested dealership I went to this dealership with my brother and sister-in-law as their means of transportation. The minute we walked into the dealership it seemed that I went to this dealership with my brother and sister-in-law as their means of transportation. The minute we walked into the dealership it seemed that everyone was uninterested in our business. My brother had called ahead to request information on a couple vehicles they were interested in looking at that day. When the salesman he had talked to finally got around to talking to us, he handed over the keys and pointed us in the direction of the vehicle and told us to take a look at it ourselves. (He was in the process of selling a car to someone else, so he didn’t have the time to help or find someone else who could.) When we inquired about other vehicles, we got the run around that they weren’t available, they were trying to get it back on the property, they couldn’t find the keys... We even spoke to a sales manager, who came up with a whole list of vehicles he could have for us to look at, but they somehow never made it to us either. When we finally did find a vehicle they were interested in purchasing and began discussions about purchase price and when would be included, a second key fob was inquired about multiple times with no answer or investigation into whether there was one available or what the price for one would be. They also inquired about floor mats the were not in the vehicle and were told that sometimes they aren’t turned in with the used vehicles. (Later that night while looking at the listing on the website, there was a picture of the floor mats piled in the back of the vehicle. After multiple calls and emails, they were told they would be in the vehicle upon delivery.) Upon delivery, the vehicle’s seats were covered in dust and there was only 1 key fob (they were quoted a price of over $400 to receive a second). All of this to say, I wish that we had chosen a different dealership to receive our business. After all, they seemed uninterested in it from the start anyway. I’m not sure whether the dishonesty was intentional or not, but I was very unimpressed and disappointed by the whole experience. I definitely won’t be giving them business in the future and will make sure other know about this experience as well! More
