He went listed to my concerns and ensured I understood every detail on every report and document. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle, I heard a noise and contacted Matt. He put me in a loaner car, communicated updates of the work being done, and stayed involved through completion. Matt is the epitome of exceptional service. He even came in several times on his days off to meet with me or to get an update on the vehicle to communicate the most recent update. Buying a vehicle can be stressful and cause you to second guess your decision.
