Won't trust them with my car again. I went in for the "Road-trip Special". As I drove home I noticed a knocking that wasn't there previously. I had to put air in one of my tires as soon I went in for the "Road-trip Special". As I drove home I noticed a knocking that wasn't there previously. I had to put air in one of my tires as soon as I got home. My battery died within 72 hours and couldn't be jumped, my coolant was at the minimum (they were supposed to top off fluids). I was left wondering what they did check. To their credit, they tried to make it up to me by picking up my car a week later from my work and going over it again. BUT.....Instead of bringing my car back to me at work so I could go home, they took it to my house and left me stranded at work. When I called to tell them I needed my car back to get home, their response was, "Can't you call a cab?' More

I had the pleasure of having Steve help me out while I was there. He was very knowledgeable and knew the inventory very well. He showed me a few models of both Toyota Camry and Honda Accords. Steve was able to show me quite a few options in my budget for what suited my needs best. I ended up buying a Honda Accord and the processes was very honest and smooth. Steve did a very great job getting the price for the Honda Accord within my budget. I really enjoyed how Steve was not overal pushy about making the sale and treated me with respect caring more about my needs than seeing me just as a sale. I’ve dealt without a lot of other car sales places which have been extremely pushy about making a sale, but Steve was really great and not overbearing. He was very honest and negotiated a very fair price. I highly recommend Germain Honda and Steve was wonderful, he was very friendly, helpful, and honest! More
