I checked out 2 vehicles in particular that I had already saw online and made my decision fairly quickly. I decided on a Honda Accord which was priced well below Kelly blue book. Kelly ended up waiting with me until 1Opm while we got the paperwork wrapped up. Great Customer Service! More

Room For Improvement Service was excellent and test drive went without a hitch. Car was found a bit dirty and with a few dings, but that's expected with a pre owned vehicl Service was excellent and test drive went without a hitch. Waiting for finance took about an hour, due to only one person being present to handle finances, although multiple employees were sitting around. Maybe implement cross training to improve efficiency?
