Despite this, I was nervous going in to talk to a dealer, because I have never been through the process. Germain Honda of Dublin made it pain free and simple. You couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff. They even stayed after their shifts had ended to walk me through the process and allow me to test drive my options. They worked with me to negotiate a price that fit within my budget, and I drove off the lot feeling confident in my decision! More

No double check done car after repair is complete I had my car fixed at the body shop, and they called me to come and pick it up. and when I did, I found 3 or 4 issues in the car. basically, it seems I had my car fixed at the body shop, and they called me to come and pick it up. and when I did, I found 3 or 4 issues in the car. basically, it seems the staff there don't do any kind of double check on the car after they finish repair. and there is no even one word said as apology for wasting my time and my effort. The staff is very unfriendly (especially for non-native english speakers) and no explanation made by anyone about what is the repair that has been done when picking the car up. For the issues I found, I had them fixed. but now my TPMS light is on and does not go away even I adjust air pressure. again they don't double check all functions related to the repair before they call the customer. More

Go buy their cars. Like right now. I was a first time car buyer, and I was really scared and nervous about not being able to find the right car for my needs and budget. He was really helpful, friendly, informative and willing to work with me every step of the way rather than push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He didn't give up on me until we found the right fit. It really made the whole process so much less intimidating! I also want to thank Jerry for making the finance paperwork very clear and strait forward for me and my co-signer. And I was so happy to get my monthly payment lower than my target price! He makes me feel even safer and more comfortable in my car with his years of experience.
