I checked out 2 vehicles in particular that I had already saw online and made my decision fairly quickly. I decided on a Honda Accord which was priced well below Kelly blue book. Kelly ended up waiting with me until 1Opm while we got the paperwork wrapped up. Great Customer Service! More

Waiting for finance took about an hour, due to only one person being present to handle finances, although multiple employees were sitting around. Maybe implement cross training to improve efficiency? They even stayed after their shifts had ended to walk me through the process and allow me to test drive my options.
