We changed our mind and decided we wanted another CR-V and Kelly helped us find one that was perfect for our family. Kelly was very patient with us as my husband and I discussed our trade in options. He worked with his finance manager to put together a trade in offer we were comfortable with, but never pushed us to make a sale. He encouraged us to make the best decision for our family! Kelly was caring, accommodating and even helped entertain our small child throughout the process. (Our son liked him so much he made sure to tell him goodnight and gave him a hug before leaving lol). Lastly, Kelly stayed late (past 9pm) while my husband was finishing up financing so he could see him off in our new CR-V! Highly recommend working with Kelly! More

Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP I would NEVER go back here. I was lied to and deceived by my salesman and the finance person and the manager. Hummm finance person fired (Gordon), ma I would NEVER go back here. I was lied to and deceived by my salesman and the finance person and the manager. Hummm finance person fired (Gordon), manager fired (Zimmerman), not sure why previous salesman Kevin Larivie still there. Bought 2 cars within 2 weeks (which never should have been allowed, but they wanted it to go thru before it hit my credit and I would not have qualified). Told to come back in 2-2 1/2 years and keep my mileage low and we could trade or refinance. Same thing this time was jerked around for 2 weeks salesman (Winslow) waiting on manager (Marcello) who was on vacation (only one manager makes all the decisions and all deals are on hold for him), think not. Then he blamed finance department and one person made decision there Brian who would not return their calls or emails). Communications lacks greatly, follow up extremely poor. I had to reach out every day to find out the status. I will tell everyone I can about my experience. The only good think about this dealership is Chris Robinson who is honest and does not tell me things need to be done right now and how I can probably wait. Oh the topper is they send you a Carfax about your car for any outside work and their info does not show on it and no one can seem to answer me why. I have had several things done at the dealership. I really have given up , Winslow encouraged me and told me we would get it done and he would not let this be a poor experience for me AGAIN, but obviously aside from being polite his word was not worth a whole lot. Past frustrated. Don't care what the general manager Craig gives as an explanation, I am tired of their excuses. I spoke to him after my last situation. More

Even though we had planned to visit a couple of dealerships, after working with Jheni, we decided to stay with this one. The paperwork for the purchase was handled efficiently and we were able to get everything done the same day even though it ran a little past closing time. When we returned the next day to pick up the SUV, Jheni took extra time to go over features of the "new to us" SUV. We were able to purchase a vehicle that my husband is happy with. More
