Great experience I recently hit a deer that totaled my previous car. For weeks I had been researching different vehicles to replace it. I found different models, types and years all at the same place. When I called to reserve a car to test drive I was luckily transferred to Kris. I am so thankful I got this salesman to work with. He tossed me the keys and let me have the driving experience with my husband and I felt very comfortable feeling out if I liked this type of car or not. When we returned I listed off some of the other ones I had been looking into. He immediately grabbed the keys to those as well so I could compare all of them. I left that day with more knowledge of what I liked and didn't like of each kind of car, all different brands. A few days later I called back to reserve a time to drive 2 Honda Crosstours they had. I had finally narrowed down what I wanted. When I got there he had both cars ready for me to take out and compare, even had me take one to go grab a bite to eat and think about it. It was getting kind of late in the evening and I was still unsure about which one I wanted. Kris stayed late and worked with me, both offering suggestions and also giving me space and time alone with my husband to talk about it and think about it. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Honda Crosstour EX-L and I am so happy with it. More

I'm sure the entire sales staff is great, but my experience with Kris was ou I bought a used Mercedes SUV from Kris Rivers at Germain Honda of Dublin. I'm sure the entire sales staff is great, but my experience with Kris was outstanding. I called mid-morning the day I wanted to see the car, spoke with Kris, and he told me he'd have it pulled around and waiting when I got there, hours later. He did. There was no pressure, he tossed me the keys and told me to take my time. After a short drive and thorough walk around I told him I liked the car, but it needed a little touch up work on the exterior and a couple door dings addressed. He literally ran inside to grab a paint pen so we could go over the car together and he could mark what needed handled. I made an offer, he countered (reasonably), and minutes later we had a deal. I came back two days later to pick the car up. Kris had kept me up to speed on the progress via text and pictures, so I knew it was looking good. He greeted me and showed me the car. It looked better than I expected, and had a full tank of gas. I had a great experience at the dealer overall, but Kris made it the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. He's definitely a guy you want to work with. More

I mention that I was comparing 3 mid-sized trucks (Ridgeline, Tacoma, and Colorado) and that the Ridgeline was the only one I have not test drove. I was also not wanting to purchase for at least a few weeks but I was in the middle of my research and was test driving trucks to decide which truck I ultimately wanted. Jheni immediately set me up in a used one and sent me on my way letting me test drive the car without her coming along. This is what sets this dealer apart. Test drives with sales people are nerve racking and always feel rushed. She even let me take it home to show my wife and see if it fit in the garage without any hesitation. I was able to get a good feel for the truck and was able to take my time with all the features. A few weeks went by and Jheni contacted me for an update. I advised that the Ridgeline was the truck I wanted but decided to buy new since used ones are going for just a few grand less. I told her exactly what I wanted and we worked a deal with a dealer trade. I walked in signed the paper work and had the truck DELIVERED to my house the next day. Incredible and painless service! Could the price have been better? Always! But Jheni got me a great deal on the vehicle price and trade-in. A+ service and will be back to purchase our next vehicle. More

After listening carefully to what kind of car I was in the market for and my financial situation, she pulled up some Car Fax listings which matched my search criteria and invited me to test drive whichever ones I wanted. I ended up driving the Civic, as well as a Taurus, and told Jheni that because it was an important decision for me, I would need time to think it over. She did what any good salesperson (myself included) would do and asked for my business but was very respectful of my wishes to take a bit more time to sleep on it. After I had made my decision to go with the Civic, she was exceptionally proactive and followed up with me throughout the day, getting the paperwork ready while I was at work in order to expedite everything when I came in at the end of the day to finalize the purchase. James Howald worked with me on the financing and was not only incredibly informative and helpful in working through the numbers, he's an excellent conversationalist and I really enjoyed talking with him (including about what his time in the Marines was like!) Very knowledgeable guy with strong attention to detail, and I am much appreciative of his efforts. Jheni and James are clearly passionate about and committed to what they do and deserve recognition for their high level of service. Couldn't ask for a better car-buying experience and I have every intention of making future purchases at Germain Honda, thanks to them! More
