Will no longer be a customer of Germain Honda I have been getting service done at Germain Honda for many years. I have had a somewhat good experience up until my last visit. I went in for an oil change and was then quoted 2k+ worth of work. I was told all four of my tires needed replaced, my filters needed replaced, and my rear brakes and roters needed replaced. Luckily, my brother is a mechanic and when I reviewed this with him he informed me my tires were fine. He went ahead and changed my rear brakes and roters. I was told there were worn down to the minimum thickness. My brother informed me my brakes were still 4-5 millimeters and he never recommeds getting them replaced until 3 millimeters. This was the bulk of the work they made it seem like NEEDED to be done, and it didn't. I will no longer be coming here. More

Buying Used Honda CRV I visited Germain Honda for buying a Used Honda CRV. I was received well by the sales consultant. His name is Kris Rivers. He helps me in selecting the good used CRV by sharing his experience regarding buying a used car. He showed me 2 CRVs which i selected and ask me to test drive it. When i finalized the car, i noticed some noise coming from the rear rotors and some staining on the car seats. Kris Rivers got me new rotors in the CRV and removed the stains from the seat. When he handed over me the CRV after 2 days, it was looking like a new car. Kris Rivers did a excellent job as Sales consultant. He was very helpful. In Finance department i met Jerry. He was very polite and professional. He also made my car buying experience very smooth. Overall i am very satisfied with my visit the Germain Honda of Dublin. More

A Really Good Experience I went to Germain Honda specifically for an internet advertised used 2013 RAV 4 with only 21,000 miles. I was met at the door by Jheni Felix and thing I went to Germain Honda specifically for an internet advertised used 2013 RAV 4 with only 21,000 miles. I was met at the door by Jheni Felix and things could not have gone better. The vehicle was as advertised, I got a good deal, and they found me a great rate for a 2013 vehicle. I had a finished deal (from test drive to paper signing) in 3-4 hours total and can not be happier with the experience! Jheni even worked a new FOB into the deal which would have cost me time and $$. The only thing that I would change would be to have the dealership provide an AutoCheck report instead of a CarFax. The AutoCheck is more detailed (12 entries instead of the 6 from CarFax). I paid the $25 fee for the AutoCheck and that sold me on this particular vehicle. I had no lingering doubts about its history. A big thanks to Jheni, the $$ guy, and the paper signing guy! They all made this an easy deal and I can be hard to win over at times. More
