Winslow listened to our needs and price range and recommended the Civic as it was on a lease special and would be about the same price as the used car due to higher interest rates with used car etc..He should us multiple colors of the car, was very thorough and knowledgeable of all the features while we were test driving and ultimately we got a great deal. I had look at several other dealers in town and different cars at each dealer; I never thought we could afford to leave with a new car but we did as it was $27/month higher than a 2016 Chevy Cruze limited we were going to purchase at another dealer. We love the car and so thankful Winslow suggested this option and worked with our budget More

Good Service About 2 weeks ago, A/C in my honda odyssey stopped working. Germain Honda helped to re-fill the Freon, and A/C started to blow cold air. But, about 2 About 2 weeks ago, A/C in my honda odyssey stopped working. Germain Honda helped to re-fill the Freon, and A/C started to blow cold air. But, about 2 days ago, same problem came back again. After I brought up the issue, my service consultant made couple of follow-up call with me, and also discussed the situation with service manager. And Germain Honda agrees to refund my previous cost. I think that is good service. More
