good experience I haven't looked for a new car in 11 years so didn't know what to expect. We went to two prior dealerships (Roush and Lindsay) and they didn't seem wi I haven't looked for a new car in 11 years so didn't know what to expect. We went to two prior dealerships (Roush and Lindsay) and they didn't seem willing to find us a vehicle that fit our budget. Almost felt like we were wasting their time. We came in and worked with Kris Rivers who immediately had two vehicles for us to look at and worked really hard for them to fit our budget. Bottom line, he seemed like he wanted work with us no matter what our budget was. Will definitely be back! More

Key replacement And hour and 40 minutes with an appointment is too long to wait to have a key replaced. She provided her time, experience, and knowledge of dealing to help me find the PERFECT car. Most importantly, my experience with car buying ends on a great note because I feel like Jheni treated me like family. I had visited half a dozen other dealerships in just a couple days, shopping alone as a young woman. I felt targeted by predatory salesmen who were not listening to what I wanted, only what they wanted to sell. Germain Honda had a great selection, and the cars were detailed well. I didn't wait long to test drive any of the cars I was interested in. The process of buying the vehicle was efficient and quick. I will be back in the future, and I will request Jheni. More

Exceptional Customer Service My appointment was on a Saturday. The Service department was very busy. There were at least six vehicles waiting in line to be checked in. I noticed s My appointment was on a Saturday. The Service department was very busy. There were at least six vehicles waiting in line to be checked in. I noticed service department employees were only checking in people in the left lane & forgetting those on the right lane, even though, some of the people on the left lane just got there while we were there first. I complained to service rep. Mehdi Lalani. He apologized for the wait & to make up for my long wait, he offered me some extra services for free, however, I had already purchased a VIP service that included everything & I did not have to pay that day.
