We had been looking/pricing for a couple of months seeing what she liked best. I drive an hour to look at/test drive it. It was raining that day so my salesman Matt S. who I’d been speaking with about it the previous day had it inside for me to look at when I got there. When it came time to purchase that day, everything went smooth & wasn’t any need to negotiate on the price since it was already priced right so that saved a lot of time. I was making this a surprise for my daughter, she did not know I came to look at it while she was at school. I came back 2 days later with my parents & my daughter to pick it up and she was very surprised when she went in the back to “look” at it and I told her it was hers! Matt and the Business Mgr James H. made sure the car was all washed and ready to go & they even put a big red bow on it for her! They went above & beyond to make our day even more special for us. I have to say this has been the best car buying experience ever!!! Definitely recommend Germain Honda if Dublin & will make future purchases with them! Thanks again! More
