Amazing Experience Monday morning, my 1994 Chrysler Town and Country (yes, insert chuckle here) finally kicked the bucket. My career as an insurance agent requires a lot Monday morning, my 1994 Chrysler Town and Country (yes, insert chuckle here) finally kicked the bucket. My career as an insurance agent requires a lot of travel and I was in dire need to get a vehicle asap. After searching many vehicles online, Germain in Dublin proposed more options in vehicle selection than other dealerships. Upon entering the dealership showroom, I was greeted by Jheni Felix. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable as we sat and discussed the variety of vehicles available. She was very attentive and listened to my needs and wants in a car. After falling in love with a Civic following the test drive, we began the financing process. This was the part I was not looking forward to, with the last year of trials and tribulations affecting my credit poorly, I was ready for the worst. Jehni and Ryan worked diligently and did not let me down. Finishing up the final leg of the relay was Jerry, who was also amazing. He found a way to bring down my interest rate even more and after what felt like a marathon of a day, his humor brought many smiles to my face. Once done, and ready to drive home, Jheni went above and beyond executing outstanding customer service. She took the time to help me set up all the "new" technology in the car, rather than sending me home to fend for myself with the driver's manual. Growing up in a family of auto sales people, I have to say that my experience yesterday was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to any dealership. The team of those I worked with were personable, professional and truly made me feel confident that they had my best interest at heart.
