Very friendly. He only wanted to understand what we were looking for taking notes to detail, miles and price of vehicle. We looked at his inventory and were not satisfied. We exchanged information. Manuel was persistent in looking for the vehicle we wanted - calling and leaving messages. We stopped back in and he did have the right vehicle for us. We had some issues that needed addressed and he was right on it. Manuel does not operate like a typical salesman. He is all about the Customer. He listens and reacts to make things happen. We had all are needs addressed. We left with the car we wanted and he made it all happen. In the future I will work with Manuel again - giving him my requests and just waiting till he gets what I want. He is a good listener. Appreciate his hard work and dedication to the Customer.
