Most honest dealership I've ever experienced I positively despise car shopping. It's a stressful experience to try and find a reliable car at good value. Germain Honda of Dublin was probably th I positively despise car shopping. It's a stressful experience to try and find a reliable car at good value. Germain Honda of Dublin was probably the sixth dealership I had visited over a series of weeks of negative experiences. Our experience was extremely pleasant from the start. The lot is much larger than I anticipated and I was pleasantly surprised that my husband and I were afforded the time to look through the available cars without a salesperson interrupting or circling like a shark. Adam Kocak reached out to help us at exactly the right time when we wanted to begin asking questions. We had a wide variety of cars that we were considering and he didn't question our decision-making process at all. He was incredibly patient with us and never, ever pushy. We spent almost 4 hours test driving and discussing vehicles --an Infiniti G37, a Honda CRV and a Toyota Rav4. We knew that we must have been irritating to deal with, but Adam never even hinted at any frustration. When we narrowed our choices down to a wonderfully priced Toyota RAV4, Adam provided valid price comparisons, Kelly Blue Book values and complete Carfax. We were confident without any doubt that we were getting a fantastic deal on that particular trim. In a twist of fate, we were contacted about a used car with more suitable specs while considering the sale. If we hadn't wasted weekend upon weekend at other dealerships and had any upcoming time free, we would have waited for the correct trim to become available so we could do a deal, but we had simply run out of time. We felt awful that we had wasted Adam's entire afternoon, but he was gracious and understanding. My husband will likely be in the market for a car in the next couple of years and we intend on beginning (and ending) our search with this dealership and Adam if he is still working there. I will recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a car to do the same. More
