My loyalty did not matter to Germain !!! I have ben customer of Germain since 2013. Bought brand new 2014 Honda Odessey Ex back then. I use their service department even for my 2010 Toyota c I have ben customer of Germain since 2013. Bought brand new 2014 Honda Odessey Ex back then. I use their service department even for my 2010 Toyota camry, and not use their competitor Toyota dealer across the street. I am that loyal to them. That loyalty drove me to trade in the 2014 for 2018 Odessey. On 09/07/2017 I purchased Brand new 2018 Honda Odessey Ex . The very same day I tried to setup garage door opening functionality only to realize the van did not come with it. My 2014 Honda Odessey Ex model had that feature and I never thought 2018 model would be a downgrade . I wrote email to my sales rep Tom Miller expressing my dissatisfaction and asked for help/resolution. I received call from my sales rep and he stated that he understands my sitation but his hands are tight. This is beyond his role. I expressed my loaylty towards Germain and advised to bring this issue to the management hoping they would help. He mentioned that they have a 3rd party that can install Garage door opener functionality and will check with management if they are willing to provide that to me at no cost. I personally was confident that Mangement would do the right thing and solve my issue. I thought loyalty would matter to Germain. But I was totally wrong. The response from management was that it was customers fault. I should have read the brochure and should have known what I was buying. I never expected a simple feature like that would be removed on a 2018 MODEL. Honestly, that thought did not even come across my mind . Since my 2014 Ex model had it , I expected 2018 Ex model would carry the feature. Anyways , the sales rep advised that it would cost about $400 to instal the system via 3rd party and that he is willing to take 100 off . Personally that was not acceptable to me. I've spent 30 thousand plus on a new Van and I expected Germain to fix it . Unfortunately , loyalty did not matter here. $300 was that bigger than my loyalty. I am a dissapointed customer. More

I loved my 2003 Accord but it was time to pass it on to the new driver. I talked to Isaiah about what I wanted, he narrowed the choices down and in 15 min I found what I wanted. He took care of the body issues that needed repair and made the entire transaction easy and fast. I LOVE my new Honda Accord 2014! Also Michelle in the Finance dept was wonderful and made that process easy as well. I think that everyone finds purchasing a car stressful... I was dreading it. It is over and I am very happy!!!! More

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Germain Honda of Dublin and I would not have returned had sales tactics included pressure to make a purchase over customer value. We provided the salesman, Adam Kocak, with a description of the vehicle and price range we were looking for. He provided us with timely, complete responses, including information and CarFax sheets on two vehicles. He then set us up with a test drive on our first vehicle of choice, but it was apparent that the previous owner had been a smoker. No worries, Adam brought the second car around (the only difference being color and mileage (22K vs 44K). This time we had a winner. My husband and I were impressed with Adam's professional, yet friendly demeanor, his low-pressure approach and eagerness to put us into the vehicle that was right for us. We couldn't have had a better experience. Though we were James Howald's (Finance) last buyers that Sunday evening, he was as personable and courteous as I'm sure he'd been with the first buyer of the day. Honda's reputation brought us into the dealership, but Germain's top-notch staff (both sales and service) have brought us back! More
