Great people at Germain. I posted a review when I bought my car. I put 0 stars for service because I didn't get any service done at the time and didn't think it applied. I bought a Jaguar from their used car lot on Sawmill from Kris Rivers. When I drove off the lot we had a few things in writing that needed to be fixed on the car, but the passenger headlight was not working. I called Kris. He assured me they would handle it even though it was not on the list of things we agreed on. While the car was at the Jag dealer getting the headlight put in we discovered the proublem would cost $1,200!! I was worried. I was stuck in a situation where I could only hope the guys at Germain would fix the problem. I spoke with Marvin Hill at Germain. He said they would make it right. That was Friday. On Monday I get a call from the Jag dealer saying that Germain paid the bill in full!!! They wanted to do what they said they would even if it cost them $1,200!!! What wonderful people! I can personally attest to the fact that these people at Germain really care about the people who buy cars from them. These are good people. I can't believe how honest they are. That's not to mention the stuff they agreed to fix at signing. They sold me a car at a reasonable price and are making sure the car is fixed no matter the cost. If your buying a car, you can trust Germain Honda of Dublin. That's a fact!!! More

He said he'd never done that before but he would work hard to find the right cars and right deal to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Matt was absolutely true to his word and helped us get exactly what we were looking for, without settling, for a price that was pretty close to our budgeted price. Matt was running around, sweating in the summer heat and personally cleaning up the vehicles and transferring plates to ensure we got out of there in a timely manner. And the deal was one that felt like a win-win. It was the best car buying experience of my life, despite the unique 2 for 1 circumstances and I will absolutely return to Germain Honda of Dublin in the future and in the meantime, I will be recommending Matt to everyone I know. I highly recommend Germain Honda of Dublin I searched the internet for my next Honda, my 17 year old car expired. I compared several Honda dealerships looking for another CR-V and was able to s I searched the internet for my next Honda, my 17 year old car expired. I compared several Honda dealerships looking for another CR-V and was able to send a message on the site of my interest in a particular car. I received information back the next morning from Jessica. Jessica and I corresponded many times and I was sure that the hour drive to Dublin would be where I would find my car. Once there I met sales agent Kevin Larivee. I expressed interest in looking at four different vehicles advertised online. Kevin grabbed the keys of these cars and drove me and my son in law around the sales lot in a golf cart to look at each car. I really liked one car and the process began to get financing and the car was detailed. I was surprised to meet the young lady Jessica and thank her for all her help. My son in law drove my car home and I drove my mother in law's car another hour home. Family and friends like my car, and I let them know that they would have a great selection to choose a vehicle. Of course, they should let Kevin help them. I highly recommend Germain Honda of Dublin. More
