Great Salesman, Rude Finance Person We have purchased 5 cars from here over the past 6 years and Ralph has always been a great help. On the other hand the finance people on the past two We have purchased 5 cars from here over the past 6 years and Ralph has always been a great help. On the other hand the finance people on the past two cars have been the worst I have ever seen, I don't know if management or greed pushes them to harp on the gap insurance but with the last two cars we were called "Stupid" for not getting it. I don't remember the mans name from six months ago and I don't think he works there anymore but he forced and scared my daughter into getting it after I repeatedly told him we didn't want it, 3 months later I had my daughter go back in and cancel it. Michele Meyer talked down to her like she was stupid and gave her a hard time about canceling it. The last car about a week ago we had to deal with her again, and again after we said we didn't want it she keep bringing it up over and over again and saying we were "stupid for not getting it". She then had a really bad attitude towards my daughter the rest of the time, she just kept slinging the papers at her to sign and didn't explain anything to her, after all the paperwork was done my daughter handed her the pen back and she threw it across her keyboard like a little pouting child that didn't get her treat. We have sent friends and family here to buy cars and Ralph has always been a great salesman but I think we are going to have to find a new place to buy cars in the future and I wont recommend this place anymore all because of the finance department and Michele's rudeness. More
