Marvin Hill, service manager and NIshi Patel arranged for the car to be taken to the body shop for some minor repair and gave us a loaner for four days so we wouldn't be without a car. I appreciate how they took care of us. Thank you Marvin and Nishi!! This car was for our new teenage driver and we will have another driver next year. Guess where we will be coming- back to Germain!! This is our second Honda. Our first was a 2008 Odyssey which we just traded in for the Civic and had nearly 200,000 miles. Love the reliability of Honda!! More
