Used car purchase I bought a Jaguar from Kris Rivers at Germain Honda of Dublin. Kris went over and above with the help of James Howald in the business department to get me a good Intrest rate on the used Jag I bought from them. The experience was pleasant. Kris was very focused on delivering a good, safe and well went through vehicle. He found issues I didn't find and insisted, to my delight, that they were fixed for me. Rather then trying to hide any blemishes and make excuses for why they would not be fixed. He made sure that the vehicle was in the best condition possible regardless of the price the dealership would havto spent to make it that way. Then James with his financing heroics got me an unheard of intrest rate for a first time buyer. They made the deal possible and I will be in a better car because of they're help. As long as the vehicle doesn't have a bunch of proublems come out of the woodwork in the next few weeks, I am extremely happy with the car buying experience from Germain Honda of Dublin. Especially Kris Rivers in sales and James Howald in their business department. More

As a twenty-something, I feel that some car dealerships try to take advantage of the fact that I'm young and relatively inexperienced in the car buying experience, but I felt perfectly comfortable during my experience at Germain. Good Experience with a some hiccups We worked with Jheni and she was very polite and wanted to help us out as much as she could. I went in thinking the payments would be a bit lower then We worked with Jheni and she was very polite and wanted to help us out as much as she could. I went in thinking the payments would be a bit lower then they actually were but I was ok with the price difference knowing how fast good Odysseys sold. We purchased it with a crack in the windshield which they said they would have a very reputable company in Columbus fix. Turned out being a different, not as known company, more of a bargain business. They did a good job but I would have liked to have been told of who was actually doing it. When we picked it up we were told it was being cleaned/detailed, the job was subpar. There was sticky residue from previous stickers on the vehicle that I had to get off and the inside was cleaned half a**. Also the outside had buff marks from someone doing a bad job waxing, it was unnoticeable when we bought it due to the overcast weather. Would have been nice if that was just taken care of when they do their detailing. Anyways those are pretty minor things that I can live with. The odyssey also had a shake when hitting the brakes, Jheni said they would get it taken care of. My biggest complaint is that instead of replacing the rotors they just turned them. From what I know about rotors, turning only delays the inevitable fact that you have to replace them faster then just putting on new. Anything I mentioned above are things that are easily fixable but will be coming out of my pocket when they probably should have been fixed when they purchased the vehicle. I would recommend Germain but I would tell them to give the vehicle it's due diligence before purchasing. More
