Nishi and Germain, you can't go wrong My daughters car was involved in a hit and run on campus and left her without a vehicle and only 30 days to find a new one. After visiting every deal My daughters car was involved in a hit and run on campus and left her without a vehicle and only 30 days to find a new one. After visiting every dealership in the Columbus market and some in Cleveland, we stopped at Germain right before closing to check out one more car, and Nishi had it waiting for us (we called ahead to see if it was still available). After all those visits to all those dealerships, Nishi was the only sales person to physically call me back to ask if i had any other questions about the car we were considering. Right then I knew we had found the car and less than one week later went back in to purchase it and we couldn't be happier. You will not find better service or friendlier personnel. HIGHLY recommend Nishi and German. More

Cleaned wrong car, but full detail was supposed be some the following Sat. since I needed the car that week no big deal. Since I had to leave it to pick up later was parked in their lot until after closing, picked car up tank was almost empty. Went to drop off car the next Saturday for detail was told it couldn’t be done and I’d have to leave it to be done on Monday. They did give me a loaner at no charge, but was a huge inconvenience. Picked car up after work on Monday, they repair burn hole in back seat but car was filthy. Curtiss was nowhere around. I will never deal with this place again and everyone I know will hear of the worst service I’ve ever had on a car purchase. More

He entertained us with great stories while we waited for finance, late on a Saturday evening. Kevin was outstanding. The finance department however agreed to work on some things for my wife and I on the following Monday. We reached out through email and didn't hear anything. I called on Thursday and our financial rep didn't seem to remember, said he would open his email to check for our email, then his email wasn't loading and said he would call us back and didn't. My wife reached out this past weekend to the same individual for a question about finance. Again he said he would call Monday, it is now Thursday again with no response. More

Bruce Trimbur was professional and friendly. My time at the dealership was a great experience and I felt like my satisfaction was their top priority. The finance manager, James Howald, who I met with in the end was friendly and had our best interests in mind. I left the dealership with a full tank of gas. Highly recommended! When I returned to get the damage repaired, they filled up the gas tank again! It's the little things that make such a huge impact on me.
