We apologize you were not completely satisfied with your recent visit to our dealership. We are a Live Market Dealer which means to be able to pass along incredible savings to our customers on pre-owned vehicles, any items missing at the time we obtain these vehicles we no longer replace along with providing a full tank of gas. These items are posted on each sales desk. We have found that our guests have responded quite favorably to this program as we are providing quality inventory at low market prices. To provide a better experience we would be more than happy to provide a second key at our cost. Please reach out to our Sales Manager Ryan Cox at rcox@germainmotorco.com to make arrangements to have a new key cut. We do apologize if you felt the timeline for the repairs was not reasonable, it was repaired as quickly as possible and a loaner vehicle provided at no cost to you. We understand your concern regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed other than the area of the repair which would risk damaging the repair work. The back seat had already been washed prior to the repair and probably did need to be swept, we’d be more than happy to take care of this for you. We wish you many safe and pleasurable driving miles in your car and hope you will reconsider your position and allow us to assist you when you are back in the market.
