Great experience I was very pleased with Josh and his professional manner. I looked at two Accords at different dealers. The other salesman at the other dealer was com I was very pleased with Josh and his professional manner. I looked at two Accords at different dealers. The other salesman at the other dealer was completely concerned with getting a sale rather than selling me a nice car that I would like. That particular Accord I looked at had a smell of smoke in it. And rather than understand that I didn't want a car that had been smoked in he tried to give me options of how to get rid of the smell. Josh on the other hand made sure that the car I was looking at had not been smoked in. He took care of me throughout the process of the purchase. And he even went so far as to ensure that I had a spare key made for free since there was only one key during the sale. All in all, I highly recommend Josh and his team at Germain. I'm very happy to go back and purchase a car from them again More
