Help Until it's Right. We bought a used 2014 Odyssey and noticed on the test drive the AC wasn't cooling at all. We brought it to Kevin's attention and he made sure coolant was added to get it working. Six weeks later the AC was only blowing cool air in lower temp. days. I got ahold of Kevin and the dealership replaced the condescending unit at no cost to me. Kevin was easy to work with and wanted the sale, but not at the cost of bad business. This is the kind of guy you want on your side when purchasing you next vehicle! More

Ray knows every button and control and will explain everything as many times as it takes to understand our new technology. We can stop in anytime without an appointment to learn all the features as many times as it takes. It took 3 days to finalize the transaction.
