First time customer and LOVED the expierence My wife and I are first time customers of Germain Honda and were put in touch with Woody while I was asking about a Honda Odyssey through the website. We scheduled a 10:00 am appointment to test drive the van and meet woody for the first time and he was beyond accommodating and polite and professional. The van was perfect and Woody was very willing to work with our offer and details to make the deal happen. Alex in the financing dept. was so wonderful to work with as well. We were Roush Honda customers for a long time, but when we started our car search with them we were quite less than satisfied with the customer service that we received and I was listening to Steve Germains auto show on 610 and thought, "I should check out Germain Honda's website" and thats all it took Well be back for more when the time comes. Upon inspecting the vehicle (pre-owned 2013 Accord Sport), he pointed out every little scratch or imperfection caused by the previous owner, being very honest and truthful about what he was selling. I noticed a that both of the rear tires had some minor sidewall damage, at which point he got 4 brand new tires ordered and installed on the car for us, free of charge. I would highly recommend going to see Kevin if you are interested in a pre-owned vehicle at Germain Honda, we will definitely visit him again in the near future to replace our second vehicle! More
