Very Disappointed Return Customer My husband and I purchased a used car from Germain Honda for our 16 year old new driver. We have purchased two new cars prior to this purchase. We thought it would be just as dependable as our other cars. The car was a 2010 Honda Element that was listed to have all safety checks, new brakes and rotors, and was told by salesman that the tires were brand new as well. The Element had only 300 miles on the car within 6 months of purchase before we had to take it in for a safety light that came on. During this visit, the dealership told us that the car needed $2k of work to the brakes, rotors, dry rotted tires, and contaminated coolant and drive train fluids. We contacted the dealership to address these findings since the car was only driven 300 miles since purchase. We were told that it was a "bottom line decision" and they would do nothing to correct the wrong that was done to us as returning customers. What a shame that a company would knowingly sell a car that was being purchased especially for a teenager with all of these deceiving issues. There is no safety inspection that was completed with a conscious on this car. We are very disappointed and will not be putting our child at risk in an unsafe car they sold. More

As this is our first baby, we would need a different vehicle if/when our family grew bigger. We went to Toyota West and looked at the Camry and the Corolla. Then we came to Germain and Saqib Naeem found our new family car! Very quickly he brought up the available cars that he though would be good and the first car my husband test drove was the one! A Honda Accord, that is also blue like his WRX! This car has everything we need for our family and Saqib found it for us! We are extremely grateful to have found our vehicle via Saqib. More

Joe exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in customer service. Joe took care of all the details so that I simply had to pick the car, sign the contract and drive my beautiful car home. He had the car detailed, a full tank of gas and even followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The whole experience was completely stress free. Awesome Selection and Great Services!! Went in to test drive a car and my salesman Kris was on point! He didn't talk my ear off and allowed the car to speak for itself! Best Car Salesman I ever Had Went in to look for an inexpensive car for my daughter. He must have shown us 8 cars, spent a good two hours at least with us. I just happened to talk to Kevin Larivee and told him I wanted a used Civic 2013-2014. He told me what he had in inventory and said to come on in, he would have some pulled for me. When I got there he was ready with a list on the computer, he pulled the cars I thought I would be interested in, I drove one of them and bought it. It was easy, quick, I was taken care of.
