He and the finance specialist I worked with (could not remember his name) made the process as smooth as possible. Woody also went out of his way to make sure I got 2 keys to my vehicle and let me borrow a vehicle to commute to work while the key was being made! I could not be any happier and would recommend this dealership to anyone. In the end, I was able to drive that car off the lot! They always put the customer first and go above and beyond. THAT is how car buying should be and this dealership has done that X 10! More

Three strikes I had three bad experiences with this dealership and have just lost faith in them. Awhile back I went because I had a nail in my tire. I waited 3 hour I had three bad experiences with this dealership and have just lost faith in them. Awhile back I went because I had a nail in my tire. I waited 3 hours for them to fix it. When I address my wait time, they did take care of the issue for free which I appreciated. However, a day later my tire was low again. It turns out Honda had put the tire back on incorrectly (inside out) and that the plug used to fill it was not shaved right causing more air to leak out. I called back to discuss this matter and never received a call back. Today my car tells me to check my gas cap. I took the cap off and put it back on. I called Honda after the sensor would still not go off. First they were too busy to take my call and when they did call me back they told me to drive it in. I drove a half hour out of my way to go bring it in only to be told that I simply had to turn my car off and on and drive 3 Cycles before we go away... why didn't tell me that before I drove all the way there I have no idea but for me this is the third strike. More
