Amazing Experience My previous vehicle died around 2pm on a Thursday. After deciding it wasn't worth repairing, we searched the internet for vehicles within our budget a My previous vehicle died around 2pm on a Thursday. After deciding it wasn't worth repairing, we searched the internet for vehicles within our budget and came across a few at Germain Honda of Dublin. Arriving towards the end of business on Thursday, we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Josh Wiswell. Having explained the situation, and letting him know of our budget, we were directed towards a beautiful Honda Odyssey. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle, but wasn't quite ready to purchase. No pressure at all from Josh, who gave us a card and told us to call in the morning. We arrived the next day after looking at a few vehicles elsewhere. Josh explained that the vehicle we wanted was no longer available. He showed us another Odyssey, but I wasn't in love with it. Again, no pressure. He sent us on our way with a business card, took my number and said he'd let us know if anything else popped up. Not even two hours later, Josh had texted me to tell me that the previous sale had fallen through, and the original vehicle I'd fallen in love with was available! At this point, my co-applicant was on his way out of town. Josh handled everything! From making multiple phone calls to the tired traveller for the necessary paperwork, all the way to pretending my exhausted three year old was no big deal (even as she kept climbing all over everything!) We were able to get it done seemlessly, even with one party participating remotely! Less than two hours after driving off the lot, I noticed a few small issues with the vehicle. I gave him a call. He told me he was off for the weekend, but that he'd call me Monday. Having dealt with salespeople in the past, I wasn't sure if I'd get a return call. I should have known better, considering how great he's been through the rest of the experience. Mid-day Monday, Josh called and had an appointment set up for me less than 24 hours later. They handled those small issues (my key was broken and a light bulb needed to be replaced - really minor issues) and had me out the door within 45 minutes. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was for everyone - Josh is an A+ salesman and a genuinely good human. You'd regret working with anyone else for your next car buying experience. More
