Can't be trusted My CRV was brought in to Germain Honda Dublin on May 27, 2016 for services, which included replacing both rear brake pads. Two weeks ago (Jan 6, 2017 My CRV was brought in to Germain Honda Dublin on May 27, 2016 for services, which included replacing both rear brake pads. Two weeks ago (Jan 6, 2017), my vehicle was making a loud obnoxious grinding noise coming from the rear wheels, and couldn't be driven. My brother went under the car to check it out and what he saw was shocking - rear right brake pads were COMPLETELY worn out. Now how can this be, these pads were just replaced in May 2016, 7-8 months ago, and been driven less than 5k miles. There was only one answer: they were never replaced! Once we bought the new pads and my brother replaced them, the noise went away. Needless to say, I will never be taking my car to this dealership ever again, this was the second time they disappointed me and lost my trust. On Jan 8 I emailed the service manager (Tom Rankin) and also Steve Germain, but have yet to hear from either one of them, not even a simple apology. More

When I arrived he had did just what he had told me he was going to do. I ended up purchasing the car that same day. The car had a few door dings that he made sure would be taken care of before I picked it up. It ended up looked amazing! It was good. Had good experience with sales team. I had good experience with Nishi. He was very considerate and was patient and polite throughout the deal while buying the car. I came there with working car with issue with the timing belt and after two hours at germain i was told that the car is not starting at all though i drove it to germain. It had to ultimately towed to nearby firestone. They could have been more considerate. Had to bear loss of around USD 3000 due to this. More
