I came there with working car with issue with the timing belt and after two hours at germain i was told that the car is not starting at all though i drove it to germain. It had to ultimately towed to nearby firestone. They could have been more considerate. Had to bear loss of around USD 3000 due to this. More

Dealership had the car for about a month and had done no prep work on it. There were a number of cosmetic issues that I identified on the exterior inspection of the car, and they agreed to correct what I identified. There were a couple of issues with the interior that I missed, that otherwise, I would have demanded that they fix. The dealership is up front about what they won't do with the used cars that they sell, e.g. missing key, missing floor mat(s), missing owners manual, you are S.O.L. What really irked me and influenced the rating is the fact that they transferred the tags from my old car to the new one and only put one bolt on the rear license. Found this when I got home (100+ mile drive) and discovered why they only used one bolt. The other bolt holder holds the remains of the original bolt, sheared off into the hers receptacle. So, now I am probably going to have to spend $500 out of pocket at least to take care of the interior issues, a couple of other exterior issues that I missed, a second key for the car (which is $350.00 alone), and other missing items. At the very least, the license plate bolt issue should have been caught early on and fixed before it ever left the dealership. Lesson learned. If I ever buy another used car from them, I am going to go over the car with a fine tooth comb before I agree to buy it. More

Excellent Customer Service Gordon Yocom greeted me at the door for our 6:30 appointment and patiently waited until my husband arrived a few minutes later. He had the car we were interested in at the front, started and warming up for a test drive. Gordon answered all of our questions and then worked with his finance team to relay our budget for financing. We then transitioned to John Penza to discuss financing options and he did an amazing job going over all of the details of financing and walking us through extra options. We never felt an ounce of pressure and appreciated the kindness and professionalism of these two gentlemen. I would HIGHLY recommend Germain Honda and especially Gordon and John! More

Great First-Car Experience! My mother and I went looking for my first car (that I would buy) while she was in town. I had a specific make/model and price range in mind. The Germain Dublin dealership not only had all of the styles I was looking for, but also a great range of prices within the styles! Kevin was amazingly personable and was available to me for questions throughout the whole process. We basically found a gem of a car and then went back to Kevin over phone and in person trying to decide whether to go ahead and purchase. Kevin was very patient and helpful and obviously, got me to car of my dreams! Financing is never fun, but Jamie was easy to talk to, very amicable, polite, and straightforward! He took time to spell out all the details of what we were signing for and answered any questions we had. Overall, had a relaxed and exciting trip to this dealership! Not Your Typical Car Buying Experience... 5 Times in a Row! I wanted to post a quick review with a bit of praise for your dealership, but specifically one of your sales consultants. My husband Ben and I came in I wanted to post a quick review with a bit of praise for your dealership, but specifically one of your sales consultants. My husband Ben and I came in expecting to just browse around in the spring of 2015. Joseph Frustaci met us shortly after we arrived just to ask if we needed any help. I initially told him we were just looking around, but almost jokingly through out a number I would want to be under to lease a new Accord and a new Fit, not really expecting that number to mean anything at the end of the day. Joe immediately responded that he didn't think that would be a problem at all... Typical sales guy, right? Well, less than an hour after we arrived, Joe had worked out a deal for us to trade in both of our vehicles and lease a 2015 Fit along with a 2015 Accord coupe for EXACTLY what I "jokingly" said I wanted to spend. I was absolutely blown away... A car buying experience that didn't include painful and unnecessary negotiation before finally settling for what the dealer told me was their best price?! Within a couple hours we drove away in two new cars, and I was a very happy guy! Fast forward a year... I absolutely loved my Accord, but decided that I should've gone for the V6/manual combo rather than an auto. I text Joe to see what he could do for me... Later that day, I was driving home my new 2016 Accord EX-L V6 6spd. Now I was even happier! Again, look forward to just a few months ago. After we got the Fit, we added a third greyhound to the family, and with that addition the Fit was now a little cramped for long trips. I text Joe about a pre-owned CR-V I saw on your website, and again... We drove it home the same day. Most recently, just about a month ago I talked to Joe about getting my grandmother into a lease on a new CR-V. I told him exactly what she was comfortable spending and made it very clear that I wanted the deal to be completely worked out before I brought her in. Joe had everything ready to go when we arrived, but her trade-in through everyone for a bit of a loop. It wasn't worth as much as anyone was expecting, which meant there would potentially be some negative equity rolling into the new CR-V. She only had a couple months left on the lease of the vehicle she was planning to trade in, so instead, Joe offered to just make her last two payments rather than taking the car in on trade. A perfect solution that kept her new payment where she wanted it, and took care of getting her out of her previous lease. Purchasing five vehicles from the same guy within two years... I believe that says a lot about Joe. My husband and I have owned a total of 23 Honda's and Acura's over the years, but until now I have never developed any type of loyalty to a specific dealership.
