Best Experience - 2 time car buyer from Germain I came into Germain hopeful to trade in my 2012 Honda Crosstour that I also bought from Germain Honda in 2012. I understood that everything wasn't in my favor as far as the trade goes. My dealer, Nishi Patel came in on a day off to help me with a car I was dying to have. He stayed for hours and worked diligiently until a deal was made. Nishi was extremely knowledgeable in my options. You could tell that they were all about customer satisfaction. The fact that I had bought before from them was huge as well, they didn't want to lose me as a customer and they did everything possible to assure they didn't. I could not be more happy as I walked out with the car of my dreams and Nishi Patel helped it all become possible. Our finance guy John was awesome as well. I filled out the Germain credit application online and was contacted by the Internet Sales Manager, Jessica Kincaid. She was so welcoming and worked with me for about a week over the phone and via text. When we found a used car that appeared to fit my needs, she referred me to Josh Wiswell and we made an appointment to stop by. Josh was so nice and low-pressure. He spent the entire afternoon with us and showed us several cars that were within my price range. I never felt pushed to exceed my budget and he worked with me to fit the exact car I wanted into a package I could afford. Overall, I had a really great experience and will certainly plan on going back for my next car. More

First used car purchase in quite some time.. We were buying our first used car in quite some time, buying a used car for my 16 year old son. We knew exactly what we wanted and couldn't find it a We were buying our first used car in quite some time, buying a used car for my 16 year old son. We knew exactly what we wanted and couldn't find it anywhere (2013 Honda Civic LX), but Germain had over 30 in stock. Woody met us on the lot and walked us through their stock and we ended up finding one that was a great selection for us. They touched up the car after the purchase and even held the car on their lot for a few weeks as the car was a Christmas gift. Since we were from out of town (Dayton area), I was fearful that when we picked up the car a couple of days before Christmas that there might be something left undone and we would either have to wait on it, come back or just let the issue go. However, Woody and the Germain staff had the car in perfect condition, touched up, waxed, oil changed, new battery and ready to go when we showed up to pick it up. The whole purchase process from beginning to end was two to three hours from the time we got to the lot until we were headed home with the car purchased. On the day of pick up, it went very smooth. The pick up process was probably no more than 10 minutes. More

My husband and I decided that car was the one we were interested in so we talked through everything with Gordon when we got back to make sure everything was good with it. He got us through the whole process quickly and smoothly. We needed the car that evening because of a car situation, and we didn't start the paperwork until almost closing time, but Gordon didn't rush us through to get to that part; he and the finance guys wanted to make sure we were taken care of first. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the doors (never pressured liked you feel at some deanships) until the moment we walked out. Gordon is also personable, easy to talk to, and reasonable. I would recommend Germain in Dublin because of the variety of cars on their lot, but also because of the personality of their salesmen. More
