You see I live in the greater Marietta, Ohio and it's a long drive to get to a Honda Dealer. Eric did everything I asked him to do...like putting a copy of the service/owners manual in the glove compartment. The sales visit went very smoothly. The van had a few more scratches and wear marks on the interior than I would have liked. More

Great experience buying used Odyssey I had a great experience buying my "new" used odyssey. I had not been in the marketplace for a new car but suddenly needed one when I learned my old I had a great experience buying my "new" used odyssey. I had not been in the marketplace for a new car but suddenly needed one when I learned my old car (not from Germain) needed a crazy amount of work and it wasn't worth it. I appreciated that my salesperson, Kris, did not try to push me out of my budget. He seemed to be very honest about the cars I looked at and pointed out their perks, as well as their flaws. Based on all of the research I've done, I think I got a great deal. Kris made the car buying experience much less intimidating than prior experiences. And I love my new minivan! More
