Wonderful Double Trade In My husband and I had both been talking about and looking into options for upgrading both of our current vehicles with our impending family expansion a My husband and I had both been talking about and looking into options for upgrading both of our current vehicles with our impending family expansion and happened to come into the Germain Honda of Dublin dealership as my car was being fixed in their body shop. We met with Eric that night who stayed hours past closing to help us both find new cars, trade in our current cars, and get everything settled that night so we could drive off the lot with two bigger vehicles. He walked us both through everything and sat with us to figure out the right vehicle for each of us. We are now the proud owners of a used odyssey and crv that meet both our needs perfectly! Good price, relatively quick visit, check your paperwork We went looking for a used Odyssey and found one. The team was able to get the price and our trade-in value in the range we wanted. Another dealer had kept us 2.5 hours to provide a quote and trade-in value, but not these guys. After taking the car home and reviewing our paperwork in more detail, we found that we had been charged $250 for a key replacement policy. Our salesman and his supervisor had told us the car only had one key but they would make us a new one at no charge. We bought an extended warranty but the $250 was in addition to the extended warranty. We emailed the dealer and finance person about the charge and were promptly told it was a mistake. We are awaiting a check with the $250 refund. More
