I traded in my Hyundai Elantra for a Cadillac ATS and I love it! Isaiah was a great salesman and wasn't pushy. I even mentioned up front that the car I was trading was in my parents name and they couldn't make it there to sign papers until the next Saturday. Being a 20 year old female I figured that would probably not help my chances at getting a car but I drove home with it that day. I Got a great deal and they worked with me to get a fair trade in price! I drove back on Saturday with my parents and Jamie had us in and out within 10 mins signing the papers. Would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new or used car! They even let me test drive it by myself which I really like because you can't really test a car out with a salesman in the car. More

Unexpected Vehicle Purchase! Kris did the impossible... I am an exceptionally analytical buyer, and was at Germain Honda (which is out of town for us) simply to get behind the whe Kris did the impossible... I am an exceptionally analytical buyer, and was at Germain Honda (which is out of town for us) simply to get behind the wheel & check out the Pilot's handling and family style potential (weighing it vs. the 4Runner). From the onset, Kris was very pleasant, not pushy, and simply listened to my analysis of the vehicle and were we were in our methodical buying process. Then, he actually put the "impossible" out there - "what's your price to actually purchase this vehicle today?!" Then with only one check with the sales manager, he made it happen. Anyone who knows me would have said, "don't even bother asking her - not happening." I felt no pressure, that he truly wanted to work for US, asked what it wold take, and indeed we now have "Petey the Pilot" home with us, and love it. Thanks, Kris!
