When my husband, though not a Honda owner, found his experience with another car dealership unacceptable, I suggested he try Germain. We are now BOTH very satisfied customers. The shuttle service is convenient, the free coffee great, and the 'quiet room' where there is no TV, or people talking on their cell phones, gives me a chance to read, do work on my Surface or read the paper. I would highly recommend their service department. All representatives are great, greet you with a smile and are there to assist in need. Our personal choice is Eddie. He has become a friend, not just a car service representative to both my husband and me. More

Alex was great and helped me test drive the Fit, Civic, and CRV. He was very knowledgeable about each car without being pushy. His service went above and beyond what I expected (even when we interrupted his lunch- twice!) I ended up with the Civic and couldn't be happier- thanks Alex! Also, I had the unfortunate luck of getting a screw in my tire the first few days I had the car. I scheduled an appointment with service department and was in and out in less than an hour. Kevin Withers was great to work with and laughed with me at the misfortune. More

Quick and Easy! Kris found exactly what I wanted in first car he showed me. He was easy to work with and got me a really great deal! The place where you are taken care of I came into Germain looking for a used car, I had a couple in mind, one of which was a Honda Civic Hybrid which I had seen through a USAA online car b I came into Germain looking for a used car, I had a couple in mind, one of which was a Honda Civic Hybrid which I had seen through a USAA online car buying service. I met Eric and he said he would inquire about the car. After some effort on his part with a not-a-problem attitude, he informed me that it was in service, but he would give me a call when it was ready on Monday. On Saturday, he called and said that because of a very kind service technician working hours he doesn't normally, the car was ready to be looked at! After a test drive and Eric patiently answering our questions, I decided to purchase the car. He was able to work with us and do the best for us in purchase after working with finance, he sold us a great car. When an abnormal light appeared on the dashboard in the car, that next Monday, I brought the car back very worried, but Eric made me feel comfortable that everything would be looked at and the car would be fixed if necessary. I didn't have to convince him to take it in to get checked out again at all. He completely understood and made me feel like he would help get it taken care of. He graciously gave a very nice loaner car in the meantime. Eric kept in regular contact with me on the status of the car, which indeed did need some maintenance and took care of an airbag recall that had been issued for the car as well. Then, on Friday, again with such great fast, yet quality-driven service guys, Eric called me back saying the car was ready to be picked up, when I was very well expecting it on Monday or Tuesday. Then, most wonderfully, Eric, again with the best attitude, informed me that all the work that was done to the car was no charge to me. The charges very well should have been very expensive ones, but with Eric, I didn't have to pay anything. At Germain with Eric, both me and my car were well taken care of. I will definitely recommend Germain and Eric to whomever is looking for a new car and I will definitely be going back there to see Eric for any other car purchase. Thanks! More

Painless and relaxed We were looking for at a used car on the lot. We wanted an inexpensive car for us to drive to be able to get our kids cars. Even thought the care we looks at was used we were still treated as though this deal was just as important as if we were buying a new car. I was satisfied with the resolution because he really listened to the details and the refund was really the only option at the point bc the employee really escalated the situation. More
