As a woman, I felt respected and heard--which unfortunately hasn't always been the case in my car buying experiences. The reason people think used cars dealers are shady!!! We are long time customers of this dealership and after our last experience we will never go back. When we arrived we were greeted by Isaiah Bello. He was extremely friendly and helped show us a number of the used cars that they had available. Once we found the perfect car we started negotiations. Isiah was great but once he had to pull his "Finance Manager" Bart Zimmerman in, everything went quickly down hill. Everything we had talked about with Isaiah all of a sudden was not an option. We were told bottom line he could get us the best deal and no other dealer could compare. We finally got to a point where we asked for more concrete numbers for what they were offering, of which they refused to provide us. We kept being told the numbers don't matter as long as they get us in a payment we were comfortable in. We continued asking questions then he snapped and raised his voice to the point of almost shouting. We had been at the dealership at this point for 4 hours and asked if we could have a few minutes. Bart refused to leave us so that we could talk. As we discussed that we didn't want to be pressured or bulleyed into buying a vehicle Bart screamed at us "I'm not holding a gun to your head"'. Bart continued his aggressive talk and verbally abusive behavior saying if we walked out the door he would never offer us the same deal again. We were appalled by his blatant disrespect for customers and advised him we had been loyal customers who had purchased and serviced many vehicles at Germain. Bart debated with us about what a loyal customer was (which we were told we were not) and were told by Bart that a loyal customer wouldn't question the deal and would believe the dealership was giving them the best deal. At that point we had enough, we left and will never go back. Bart is the reason so many people hate car buying. Threats and intimidation is not a way to run a business. The next day we went to another dealership and ended up buying a new Honda for a good deal and couldn't be happier. Germain provided the worst car buying experience we have ever had which is not how loyal customers (or any customers for that matter) should be treated. Please beware! More

I actually have been to this dealership a couple of times in the past, but hadn't been ready to buy until this past week. In the past, my experience with car salesmen has been fine, but not great. Most salesmen simply had me sit in a couple of cars without taking any time to explain anything to me or learn what was important to me. Will was fantastic. He really took the time to explain features in each car, and I didn't feel that I was being rushed at all. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a car see him in particular. I am very happy with my purchase! More
