AMAZING Car Buying Experience Let me start off by saying: Will was wonderful. I brought my dad along with me to help make the decision on which car to buy. I came in with my heart set on a used Subaru I saw online, but I wanted to keep an open mind so I asked Will if I could see a Honda CR-V as well. I felt no pressure during my experience, only knowledge (of both the Subaru and Honda). Will was fun to work with, professional, and made the whole experience a delight. I am not the HAPPY (ECSTATICALLY) happy owner of a Honda CR-V. I would recommend Will all day long. On the finance side of things I worked with Ryan, he too was professional, and was very relaxed. I opted in to an extended warranty and gap insurance (based on my dad's advice) that was not pushed on my at all. Ryan showed me multiple options, and was very patient as I asked all of the questions that I needed to ask. A GREAT overall experience! More

I would go back to him anytime and recommend him to friends and family. Most importantly, I trusted him. John answered all of my questions and brought up features and technology information about my new CRV that I would never have thought of. John isn't a "hard-sell" kind of person which made me like him all the more. I don't appreciate aggressive salespeople such as the men standing outside of both sets of doors to the showroom. It seemed as if they were like sharks waiting to grab me--they were so "hungry" for the deal that it made me uncomfortable. With John, I felt immediately at ease. Honda makes a superb vehicle and I'm happy to have become part of the Germain family. More
