They do not negotiate! Get used to hearing "NO!" Ryan C. was responsive. James H. was kind. However, our overall experience was not fun or exciting. Our salesman Kris R. may have kept a smile on his face but was not knowledgable and missed details... like specifics on recalls, handing us the keys (the best part!), following up with a phone call after our purchase, and knowing exactly what repairs were being serviced on our car. We felt talked down to by Manager John Reynolds (he said "no" before I could even ask my questions) he was very rude, arrogant and refused to make any of the minor repairs from our inspection sheet. He should just retire! And don't expect to get ANY price breaks even if you pay cold-hard cash like we did. If you want to be treated like a customer should, do NOT go to Germain! More

He looked over and test drove (without my asking) the car that I was considering purchasing a day prior so that I would know whether it was worth driving over an hour to see the car. Based on his input, I drove to Columbus. Although the car I came to drive had a flaw that was originally undetected, Marvin is made it right and repaired the flaw at no extra charge. He was very friendly and personable, not "your typical car salesman." Since there were a lot of sales going on that day, it did take a while to get to the person where I signed all of the transfer documents (understandable). Once at the signing point, all went quickly (less than 10 minutes) and smoothly, with the associate willing to answer any questions, but also understanding that I might want to get out quickly after waiting, so allowing for that also. I would definitely consider buying another car from this dealership, and especially from Marvin! PS. Please put Marvin's picture on this survey - I believe his is the only one missing. More

I stopped in a few days later and I was blown away by the sympathy and understanding that he and the rest of his staff displayed. They did everything they could to make sure that we could get out of one of our current vehicles and into a new one that was more accommodating for our needs. Working with Bart and Chris Glover made us feel comfortable pulling the trigger at Germain due to their expertise and professionalism. I am happy to say that those factors combined with a deep inventory of used vehucles enabled us to walk away that day very satisfied customers. Quick and simple I was very impressed on the quickness of the deal. We didn't have to haggle back and forth. The only issue I encountered was that not one employee k I was very impressed on the quickness of the deal. We didn't have to haggle back and forth. The only issue I encountered was that not one employee knew how to enter me into a contest that the dealership was having in the lobby. I asked three people not one knew anything, nor did they offer to find out. I was also very disappointed that the dealership didn't fill up the vehicle that we purchased.
