Friendly staff and a pretty good deal. I arrived during a time I had scheduled for an appointment. I was greeted quickly and able to test drive the car after just giving my insurance and dr I arrived during a time I had scheduled for an appointment. I was greeted quickly and able to test drive the car after just giving my insurance and drivers license info to the sales person. Was interested in purchasing the car. Not much negotiating on the price. After looking for similar cars in the area this was on of the better prices. Was also given a perk of getting some small scratches and paint defects fixed for free. Staff was able to help me out with financing and fitting the correct loan into my budget. No high pressure felt during the sale. There is going to be a pitch for extended warranties and protections for the vehicle. This has happened at nearly all dealers I have been to when buying used cars so I was expecting it. I understand this is could be the right choice for some people but take a second and do the math. My insurance offers road side protection and many of the perks that were offered, so there was no need. Again there was no sense of pressure during this, although if you are interested don't take the initial offer, if the car price doesn't have any wiggle room these add ons are always negotiable. So far I'm pleased with my experience. I was in and out with my car in under 4 hours. More
