My first encounter was not all that great I visited Germain Honda of Dublin on Memorial day and had the opportunity to work with Kevin. He didn't seem too interested in providing me with his time. I had asked for my car to be appraised and it was not done. I was shown one car and we spent Zero time talking about options and other inventory within my price range. Although I was really annoyed with my first experience at this location, I later returned just 5 days later to work with another salesman and received excellent service and left with a car I fell so inlove with. From all the reviews, Kevin seems like a very nice guy who does his job well. However, my experience with him could have been better. More

After agreeing to purchase a car, the only hang up was waiting for over three hours to meet with the finance associate. It was, however, Memorial Day, so I'm sure that our experience is an exception to the norm. Overall, the dealership was very helpful and had fantastic prices. will was great i know will is a salesman by title, but he did little of that. what he did do was help us find the car that we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. i know will is a salesman by title, but he did little of that. what he did do was help us find the car that we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. he was very courteous and willing to help us out as we needed. i only wish his manager wouldn't have needed to come over to finalize the deal. it was a little odd when john came over to spread out pieces of paper on the table and show me what he had in the car. i don't care what you have in the car. i knew what i wanted to pay, which was a very fair price and i even went up a little from my offer in the end. but it seemed as if he wanted to make me feel bad that i was offering them less than what they had in the car. if that's the case just tell me no. i would recommend germain and will was a good guy. i'd buy a car from him again. i'd just be prepared for managements tactics. Chris was able to work with us to the extent that it broadened the number of cars in our price range, assisted us further in exploring options, and in the end, we were able to drive a car home today. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with him, and truly feel that he did everything he could to create every possibility for us, and we honestly feel that we left with more than we thought we were able to get.
