I stopped in the night before the purchase and spoke with a sales man by the name of Saqib Naeem. We explained we were just wanting a quick look at 2 used Pilots. Mr. Naeem was very receptive to us. He did not treat us like he did not expect us to return the next day. We looked at the vehicles and we had our 3 children with us. Mr. Naeem was very respectful. THe next day we returned and test drove the vehicles. He helped us to make our selection with ease. If we had a question he did not have an immediate response to, he would speak to a manager and obtain an answer promptly. We then entered the finance office with Ryan Cox. Mr. Cox was very respectful and was able to inform us of many available options in a manner that was not pushy or demanding.
