Worst experience ever! Not so much the car salesman that took us to see the vehicle but the manager BART! That man definitely does not represent germain in a positive way. After talking a price over with the salesman and test driving a few vehicles we gave an offer and was going to hand over the check. Of course that was the wrong idea. He acted as if there was no way the price could be reduced and went to talk it over with Bart. He then came over and treated us terribly. Talked down to us, pretty much like we were complete idiots. Very rude and very pushy. After coming seconds from walking out our salesman brought us back to the first vehicle that we gave an offer on but still only came down a few hundred dollars but had to talk it over with the manager. He came back and we accepted the offer and started the process. The pressure of constant extras to add to the almost 13 grand I was already paying. It was dark when we left and the next day noticed they didn't even fix the small scratches that we were told would be touched up before we left and no gas added that also was supposed to be added. I would not recommend this dealership. Then shortly after buying the vehicle, about 3 days the transmission was acting funny and it started vibrating at 65 mph and I took it back twice already for service but that will be in another service review. Terrible dealership. Please consider another Honda dealership! PS I do not need any manager commenting on this review saying my business was appreciated etc because I know there is nothing that will be done without a coat on my end. But the best thing you can do is remove Bart from his position because he's a bad representation of germain. Nobody should ever be treated the way we were when WE are buying a vehicle from YOUR dealership. More
Horrible dealership experience Bought a lease-return Honda Odyssey from Kevin Larivee. Van was not yet detailed so we had to wait several days to pickup. Date kept changing but we Bought a lease-return Honda Odyssey from Kevin Larivee. Van was not yet detailed so we had to wait several days to pickup. Date kept changing but we finally went into sign paperwork. Finance guy was a real peach - kept me waiting and then was not friendly. Kevin handed us one sent of keys and told my husband he had already given him the second set. When we advised Kevin we didn't receive that set of keys he changed his story and said he didn't have a second set and we would have to pay $200 for a set. It was late and freezing cold so we just left and called the next day. Neither management or finance would return my calls when I indicated there were problems with sale. It would seem $30k should get you a second set of keys automatically. We have bought a lot of cars in our lifetime and met some great people and dealers but I will never use Germain Honda again. More

More importantly was his patience in listening to what I was saying and he did kept my car ready well ahead a day than informed delivery date. Michele Meyer completed all my document work very quick however I expected a smile from her.. I am very satisfied with my buying experience and I would definitely recommend Nishi Patel and Germain Honda to my friends ! More
Good sales rep./ Poor Finance Rep. Working with Sales rep. Nishi Patel was great and he was a good Rep. for Germain Honda. But waiting to get the finance papers worked up for us was too Working with Sales rep. Nishi Patel was great and he was a good Rep. for Germain Honda. But waiting to get the finance papers worked up for us was too long await about 45 minutes for a less then 10 minute write up for me and my wife. The Finance Rep. was not friendly or personable, did not say hello or hi. Just said my name and follow me. My wife she did not even acknowledge, who I was buying the car for. This person is a poor rep for your dealership. I would not put her in a position to meet or greet my customers! Don't usually complain but this just rubbed us the wrong way! More
Quick and easy I was able to find the car I wanted using True Car and after the request for more information from the dealer it was all very positive. In less than a couple of hours I was talking to Kevin Larivee and working out a time to come in and see the 2 VW's they had in that I asked about. The cars were clean and ready to go as soon as I arrived. They were very aware of the traffic congestion in the area and advised a route that would be easy to take and bring me back to the dealership with few or no problems. Kevin was very clear and concise when going over the paperwork. I advised that during the test drive the breaks felt a little soft and he sent the car off to have it checked. The breaks had just been replaced and needed some additional bleeding and this resolved the issue. I already had my loan through my credit union and just needed the check cut for the dealership. I was shocked when they couldn't fax the required information to my credit union. I ended up doing it myself from home so I waited the entire weekend before taking the car home. This was a problem with the Finance dept. and not with sales. Please go out and buy a fax machine or get some fax software. When I picked the car up it had been cleaned and waxed and looked great. I wouldn't think twice about using this dealer again. More
