Schmitty gave me an estimate for my trade in, but said it could not be finalized until they saw the car, which was reasonable. Next, I had an eight hour, white knuckled drive over the snow covered mountains from Virginia to Dublin Ohio. Let's simply say that I was worn out when I arrived, and was hoping for a smooth purchasing experience. Schmitty got me in and out of the dealership in record time. I have to admit, when I initially called and spoke with Greg I was very snappish, having been treated very poorly by the previous dealerships. What I really like about Greg is that he is soft spoken and speaks at a normal paced. I have noticed that people in dealerships tend to speak very rapidly, spewing numbers (probably in an effort to confuse the customers). Greg answered my questions that I had with no hassle, was very clear and articulate, and clarified questions that I had about the price and the car. He spent his time focusing on parts of the sale without going all over the place. We started with my wants and budget. Narrowed down the car. Found the car, narrowed down the price, Agreed on the price, talked about financing. There was no overlapping and no double talking. It was a straight sale. My husband and I are planning on moving out of Ohio in the next year and a half. If we stayed I would do all my business through him. His professionalism gave me my best car buying experience. More
