He laid out the facts, showed us ratings on the vehicle we were interested in, discussed all our options, was very honest and never pressured us in any way. Once we had the facts, Kris gave us time to discuss between ourselves what we wanted to do. When he came back we asked a few more questions of Kris and decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. I can honestly say I have never been to a dealership where I felt so little pressure when purchasing a vehicle. Our Finance rep was Gordon Yocom, it was clear he worked very hard to get us the best finance rate available, and he too did not pressure us in anyway. We will absolutely return the next time we need another car because we had a fantastic experience. More
