Test drove the 2016 Honda civic EX-L after he asked some basic questions regarding what feature set I was interested in. Went thru true car on Monday to get an idea of what the price/factory invoice of the vehicle should be and was contacted by Erin. Erin answered some questions for me regarding purchase vs lease, how well Honda retains value over the course of the lease term, let me bemoan the price of repairing my current vehicle, a 2001 bmw 530, broke down how much I should expect my monthly payments to decrease depending on every 1000 dollars I paid up front. She was pleasant and the conversation was seemingly effortless. Came back the following Wednesday night. I was not able to make it to the dealership till about 6-6:30 pm. I ask a fair amount of questions and it is not unusual for me to ask about something that may not directly impact what we were talking about prior. Dan was personable and excited to talk about the brand he has represented for almost four years now. He did not betray any sense of apprehension at having to stay later than the the dealership's posted hours to work with me. Last when Dan was walking me through the car I had just leased he would make these great pauses in between each feature he was presenting. As a senior fulfillment manager I am responsible for teams across the country, that among other responsibilities, have to sell and provide customer service to our DsD accounts. This coupled with my involvement in speech writing has allowed me to develop a pretty good ear as well as the ability to judge a person's sense of timing. Dan is top tier regarding both. Ask for him. Wonderful experience I applied for a finance loan online. They called me within a hour. I went to look at car, test drive and before you know it I was driving off the lot I applied for a finance loan online. They called me within a hour. Isaiah was courteous, jovial, professional, yet not pushy. He waved us a light-hearted welcome as we pulled in the lot, got a few specs on our interest, and had the car waiting before we even parked. Once we lined up on the details, Ryan helped square things away with the .numbers. He was also very courteous and professional - despite the many attempts of our 3-year old to flip his office, HGTV-style. They both had a strong sense of family and values that carried into their work and made them very relatable. Not to oversimplify the process; you should expect the regular rigor of negotiating prices and warranties as with any dealer, but with a little preparation on the part of the buyer, Germain provides a conducive environment, and great staff to help make the experience as seamless, and unintimidating as possible.
