This time, however, a small voice said: "go take a look." Not having been here before and driving a 2002 Honda CRV purchased through the original owner/family member with low mileage, I really didn't feel that driving a "younger" vehicle was in my future. Wrong! The first person I met was Will and my impressions of pre-owned vehicle sales persons became and continues to be an extraordinary experience because of him. Germain has an incredible inventory and Will took me on a virtual tour of their database which lead to a test drive of a low-mileage and very affordable 2013 Honda CRV. A few hours later, I drove that car home. Will is a man of high integrity, is well-grounded, knowledgeable and, most importantly, a great listener. His follow-through rates 10 stars easily. I could not make a purchase at the time but was "window shopping" the web.. Over the next few months, Chris sent emails to me letting me know of new specials on the model I was interested in, instead of blowing up my phone calling to harass me as some sales people do. I appreciated the follow up and let him know that in several months (November) that I should have my finances where I would like them to be and that I would follow up then. He was very thoughtful and thanked me for letting him know, and don't you know, Nov. 1st came and I had an email from Chris saying hello, and letting me know the specials on the CRV model I was interested in. The thing I appreciated the most about Chris, is that he was authentically a nice guy just doing his job. He was not an aggressive sales person and had a very relaxed demeanor that made me feel comfortable and not pushed to buy. As a result, I went in yesterday to meet him in person for the first time to discuss a purchase, and left Honda with a new 2015 AWD CRV. Upon arrival he had the two CR-V's parked right out front with all the snow cleaned off ready for a test drive. Will was very polite and helpful. The negotiation and sale went smoothly.
