Overpriced and over paid for my accord 2015 EXL. The customer service was fine the agent we work with good. I wish there was other incentives for end of year sale offered -- extended warranty, services etc as part of the deal. More

When I leased my first car I left the Honda family and quickly realized how big of a mistake I made. When I went to Honda to trade in my previous lease I had the best experience. "Schmitty" was there to meet me on the lot, he was very genuinely interested in helping me find my perfect fit and treated me like the same as he would his own daughter. It was a smooth and easy process, I went from the dealer to the financial department where I again, had an awesome experience and then back to my new car. Schmitty even drove me over to turn in my previous lease and then drove me back to get into my new car!
