Chris is a perfect gentleman, polite and professional in every way. We looked at several HRVs and Accords. He took his time explaining the features of each car. There was no pressure and he did not rush through the explanations. I never felt that he did not want to be talking with me. When I decided on the exact car, the buying process was quick and professional. He saw me through the entire process even making sure the car was in perfect order before leaving the lot. Brian kept us entertained while Alex dealt with multiple customers at the same time. Brian didn't have to, he has his own book of business but I found it thoughtful. More

Hide important details of car during sale I bought Honda civic 2012 from Germain. I had made the deal and went back to collect the car after making arrangements for loan and cash. However I wa I bought Honda civic 2012 from Germain. I had made the deal and went back to collect the car after making arrangements for loan and cash. However I was treated very badly this time when I went to collect the car as the deal was already made and they had my $1000 cash deposit with them. I was given only one key, and with no fuel in the car which would just drive for a few miles. What made me sad is that I was not at all informed that I would be handed with just 1 key at the time of making the deal or paper work. I felt like cheated as they should have told me that I would be handed with just 1 key so that I would be made my mind to purchase the car or not. Now that the paper work was done and a $ 1000 dollar was being held by the dealer, I had no clue as to what I can do. I was feeling helpless as I had to go ahead and hand over the rest of money and take the car, otherwise I would have lost my $1000 deposit. If there is any such important information about just only one key being given, I should have been informed this earlier which making the paper work. I hope that the dealer should try to be transparent and not cheat the customers like this. More
