We knew what we wanted going in and John didn't try to "sell" us on anything. Rather, he guided us through the process with zero haggling and made us feel like he was there to help and that we could trust him. He made us laugh and even put flowers on the dashboard for me as a final touch! It was so nice to have an experience in which the usual car salesman charade was left at the door. I would recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone! More

Great Experience I started by sending in a request to get preapproved for my financing; Erin was super helpful and awesome and answered every question I had. When I arrived at the dealership, Joseph was amazing at helping me find a new car. Even though we were there for a few hours, I felt like the entire process was smooth and quick! I was very excited about a new car and Joseph took me immediately to the one I wanted and didn't try to convince me to change my mind about anything. Being on a budget, I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me. I was very very satisfied with my experience and will definitely go back when it's time for me to trade in!!!!! More

Donna Jackson is a rockstar Let me preface this review by stating that this was only my second visit to this dealership to receive service on my Honda, the first visit being with Let me preface this review by stating that this was only my second visit to this dealership to receive service on my Honda, the first visit being with Charlie Ryan, who is the reason I returned. However, Charlie was not on the clock when I arrived this second time. Instead, I was approached by Donna Jackson, a woman who made sure my experience was on point from beginning to end. Donna was honest, genuine, and made me feel like I was talking to an old high school friend when explaining to her my concerns and expectations for the handling of my car. She wasn't out to increase add-ons and sales for the service of my vehicle. Instead, she made me feel like I was the only customer in the the service station. You can bet that the next time I need my car serviced I will either call Donna or Charlie because I know that my best interest and the best interest of my Honda is always priority #1 in their hearts. The day that Honda Germain loses either of these two employees is the day that I stop coming. They are the best of the best. More
The superior supervisory attention shown by Donna Jackson Within the last month Donna Jackson showed exceptional attention to (1) the minimal matter of replacement of a front bulb, and (2) dealing with the Within the last month Donna Jackson showed exceptional attention to (1) the minimal matter of replacement of a front bulb, and (2) dealing with the results of my running one third of my Honda Element up a boulder in my own front yard. (I was distracted by a huge traffic jam on the road in front of my place.) Re (1), despite a very busy floor, she got me comfortably situated in the lounge and then threaded her way to executing the replacement. Re (2), she swiftly got the car on the rack and, knowing I was expecting the worst (we'd both seen water coming out at the bottom of the car), she showed concern but urged no jumping to conclusions until we had the facts. She must have speeded up the process, because she was back in no time with the facts: (a) The apparent leakage was not water, but normal moisture; (b) the plastic shield had protected the housing. Through the ordeal for me, she kept an informed sense of proportion, and lost no time to report. More

This review is more about the experience and process. It seems like the pressure increases the higher you interact with the sales people. Floor level sales man, no pressure. Had a take it or leave it attitude like he almost couldn't be bothered. I get it, I'm buying used, probably not a big bonus, wasn't expecting anything more. Sales manager, kinda pushy. Made promises on the financing that didn't really pan out. At least we negotiated a fair price. Finance guy, waaaay to xxxx pushy. I said I didn't want the service plans, don't try to sell me again. Now it's awkward and I don't know if I should bring this car back for servicing. Hopefully the maintenance side will be better. More
