Poor service from used car manager I have purchased cars from this dealership for many years - since they were under the Immke name and located in Route 161. I currently get both of my I have purchased cars from this dealership for many years - since they were under the Immke name and located in Route 161. I currently get both of my Hondas serviced there. I recently visited the dealership to purchase a used car. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service from the used car manager - Bart. Bart was condescending during negotiations and while explaining their "live market pricing". His know-it-all attitude was a turn off. He lacked trustworthiness and I left without purchasing a car. I could go on but my point has been made - Bart does not reflect the customer-driven image Germain is trying to sell. Consider other options before buying a used car from this dealership. More

A friend had recommended the dealership and I emailed them and got a quick and helpful response from Chris. Chris was easy to work with via email and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in person. We quickly agreed on a deal and I felt I was treated fairly and given a good price. My wife recently decided to get a new vehicle and loved my CRV so much she bought one of her own. Chris was helpful in explaining the new features and it was a good experience. I used the service department twice; once because of a nail in a tire and once to put on a hitch for my bike rack. People were friendly and efficient and did not try to upsell me. (My only thought for improvement would be to ban cell phones from the quiet waiting room.) We highly recommend Chris and Germaine. More
