Great Experience I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was very fortunate to have Donna Jackson assist me. Poor service from used car manager I have purchased cars from this dealership for many years - since they were under the Immke name and located in Route 161. I recently visited the dealership to purchase a used car. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service from the used car manager - Bart. Bart was condescending during negotiations and while explaining their "live market pricing". His know-it-all attitude was a turn off. He lacked trustworthiness and I left without purchasing a car. I could go on but my point has been made - Bart does not reflect the customer-driven image Germain is trying to sell. Consider other options before buying a used car from this dealership. More

A friend had recommended the dealership and I emailed them and got a quick and helpful response from Chris. Chris was easy to work with via email and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in person. We quickly agreed on a deal and I felt I was treated fairly and given a good price. My wife recently decided to get a new vehicle and loved my CRV so much she bought one of her own. Chris was helpful in explaining the new features and it was a good experience. I used the service department twice; once because of a nail in a tire and once to put on a hitch for my bike rack. People were friendly and efficient and did not try to upsell me. (My only thought for improvement would be to ban cell phones from the quiet waiting room.) We highly recommend Chris and Germaine. An excellent overall experience. My wife and I were interested in trading in our faithful older Honda CR-V for a "newer" used ("pre-owned") Honda CR-V. Ours had 350,000 miles. It ran well, but we travel and worried that maybe we needed a "newer"one for longer trips. We had purchased our original CR-V out of State, but since moving to Ohio had it serviced at Germain, and liked their honesty and quality work. We were very lucky to phone Germain and get a most fantastic salesman, John Schmittauer, who totally understood what we wanted. He showed us several pre-owned CR-V's, let us drive them, showed us the entire past records of the cars, and was one of the most pleasant, honest, and helpful people we could have gotten. I give him the highest ratings possible, and would recommend him for anyone interested in looking at a used Honda. We found the most perfect 2007 CR-V, that is really like a totally new car. We will continue to use Germain Honda, and to give it very high ratings. More
