My rescuers I noticed the smell of antifreeze when I turned off my car. I called the dealership where I purchased my Civic and was advised they were scheduling for the 2nd week of August. Not good since it was only the 3rd week of July. I called Germain Honda and was able to have my car looked at the next day. The diagnosis was an ugly one -- cracked engine block. However, Honda had extended the warranty for this type of issue and even written a service bulletin on it. Charlie Ryan confirmed my car was covered by this warranty and ordered the parts that day. Amazingly enough, the service technician (I think his name is Sam) was able to have my car repaired the FOLLOWING day! This was a major repair but because of the way Charlie Ryan and the service technician handled the situation, it was handled as simply as a routine oil change/tire rotation. More

Was searching for a Chevy Equinox in a 250 mile radius from Lexington KY. I found one at Germain Honda of Dublin, but before making the 3.5 hour drive needed to be confident it was the one. She was my eyes, ears and nose (smoke or other smell a deal killer!). Her description and pictures she sent were spot on. When I arrived, the car was even better then I was expecting, what a great surprise! The whole car buying experience was seamless. Great team from sales to finance and great dealership, I would highly recommended!! More
