Germain Honda of Dublin

My rescuers I noticed the smell of antifreeze when I turned off my car. I called the dealership where I purchased my Civic and was advised they were scheduling fo I noticed the smell of antifreeze when I turned off my car. I called the dealership where I purchased my Civic and was advised they were scheduling for the 2nd week of August. Not good since it was only the 3rd week of July. I called Germain Honda and was able to have my car looked at the next day. The diagnosis was an ugly one -- cracked engine block. However, Honda had extended the warranty for this type of issue and even written a service bulletin on it. Charlie Ryan confirmed my car was covered by this warranty and ordered the parts that day. Amazingly enough, the service technician (I think his name is Sam) was able to have my car repaired the FOLLOWING day! This was a major repair but because of the way Charlie Ryan and the service technician handled the situation, it was handled as simply as a routine oil change/tire rotation. More
