Germain Honda of Dublin

Felt disappointed I bought Honda civic 2013 yesterday from Germain and I was only given one key whereas generally you get two keys with the car. On asking, I was told that they got only one key when they purchased this car from the original buyer, I take that but this should have been communicated to me earlier. On asking that why did you not communicate this earlier, I was bluntly told that I never asked. It is understood that a sales rep responsibility is to clarify everything to the customer while he is making purchase. I requested them to please get a second key for me and they said that it is going to cost them and they cannot provide me other key. This was disheartening, I am new to the country and I rally relied on Germain that things would be transparent to me and they would cooperate but this was not the case. They have told me that they can get a valet key for me but not a regular key. I think a 80$ key should not have more value than customer satisfaction, and I did not ask anything extra, i just asked for an extra key for my car which is general trend that you get two keys when you buy a car. Sad to know that in country like USA where customer is treated as God, there are big dealers like Germain who do not follow the general trend and bluntly say that you should have asked before purchasing. My mood got spoiled, felt cheated and could not enjoy the happiness to buy my new car. More

Experience with Germain Honda of Dublin Recently I purchased an used from Dublin Honda, and my sales person was Mr. Nishi Patel. Nishi was excellent at his work. Mr. Nishi --> My sales person, before buying or selecting the car he understood my need and suggested best car which fulfills my need. I appreciate his work and time spent with me to make right choice. He did not hesitate to explain if anything this is asked for. He is very friendly with his customer. He convinced to make right choice and finally walked out with key in my hand. I would not hesitate to recommend him as best sales person. Erin Danial --> Simply excellent at her work. She helped me with get connected with person either via phone call or email. Mr. Lew Karbler --> Mr. Lew Karbler was my finance manager and he did my all paper work on 20th June 2015. Got the temporary plate number and have been told that all paper work was done excellent and there is no problem and I should be getting the paper for title in my mail box in 2-3 weeks time. After 2 weeks I tried follow up with honda made numerous call but response experience was very bad used to keep on hold for long time after connecting to someone never used to get on phone with person and phone used to get disconnected. Few times got an option to leave voice mail but there is no response after leaving the voice message as well. While calling somehow got connected to Erin Danial via email and she helped me with to get connected to Mr. Lew and got the call the call from Mr. Lew to visit him, later got to know that Mr. Lew screwed my paper work and he did not bother to inform me that I need to visit him to sign the paper again. however Mr. Lew got to know in 2-3 days time that my paper work was wrongly done even though he did not bother to get back to me. Thanks to Erin who helped me to connect with Mr. Lew and visited him on 9th July to sign the paper again and yet to hear from him. Note: Overall I am very much satisfied with Germain Honda of Dublin except service received from Finance manager Mr. Lew Karbler. More

Great Experiences at Germain Honda Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and thought I needed a wheel alignment. Jerrod was courteous and quick to get me checked in. After an hour Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and thought I needed a wheel alignment. Jerrod was courteous and quick to get me checked in. After an hour he came and got me and said they were done. Ended up that I did not need the wheel alignment; the car was fine. I was very appreciative; he saved me time and money.
